There are four external cabins with bunk style accommodation, two with wheelchair access, one sleeping six and one sleeping four. The one sleeping four has a queen bed with single bunk above and a separate single bed.

One other cabin sleeps 10 in bunks and another 11, also in bunks.

We also offer “Marae” style sleeping with mattresses on the floor.

There is a long covered veranda that faces north with large outdoor chairs where you can relax and look over the rugby field and rolling farmland. You will often see the horse riders passing by on their way around the property.

The Gap is the perfect place for social gatherings, training facilities, meetings, even weddings and special occasions.
